Shawn W. Tolley earned his Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University in 1997. Shawn became a Certified Public Accountant in 1999, and worked for Mull & Associates and Berman, Swichkow, et al before forming his own firm, Shawn W. Tolley CPA, PA, in 2001. In 2011, Shawn teamed with Audra L. Hill to launch Tolley & Hill, PLLC. Locally, Shawn has served on the board of directors for the Good Health Clinic since 2005, and is currently President of Sandal Factory, Inc. (and related entities). Shawn gives many volunteer hours back to the community by assisting numerous local charitable organizations with their accounting, policies and procedures.
Audra L. Hill earned her Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from Stetson University before securing her Masters of Science in Taxation from the University of Miami. Audra began working for Binstock, Rubin, et al in 2003, received her Certified Public Accounting license in 2006, and merged with Shawn W. Tolley to launch Tolley & Hill, PLLC in 2011. Audra is involved in many organizations throughout the Keys, and currently serves on the board of directors for Upper Keys Business and Professional Women, Leadership Monroe County, Key Largo Community Preservation Foundation, Jack Hill Child Care Center, Mariners Hospital Young Philanthropists of Baptist Hospital and Baptist Hospital Foundation.
